I stayed for 1 night while exploring the nearby attractions and was slightly disappointed with the room's condition. There were broken tiles in the bathroom and a cracked mirror, which detracted from the overall aesthetic. I appreciated that the room was clean and the location was ideal to easily reach places like the British Museum and Hampstead Heath. It was just within walking distance to many places we wanted to visit.

The location in West Hampstead was quite good. The room was quite clean.
There is no telephone in the rooms. The walls need to be painted as they are not in good condition. Rooms are too small for one, let alone two. Floors should either be carpeted in dark carpeting or there should be a rug and a real wood floor, not a linolium or vynil floor made to look like wood.

Located in West Hampstead, it was only 15 mins tube ride into city centre. Room small but ample for an overnight stay. Located on main street but my room was quiet. Room was clean and modern and bathroom was modern and spotless.
Narrow staircases but apart from that was fine.

Room overlooks a lively pub garden. If you're a light sleeper, consider asking for a quieter room away from the noise.

Big rooms, very nice. Cool toilets.
It is not located in hampstead but in west hampstead, close to kilburn. Is a nice neighbourhood, but is not hampstead.

The room was larger than expected and in a good location. Therer were a variety of restaurants and convenience stores near.
The wifi signal was nearly nonexistent. I had to stand or sit next to the entrance in order catch it. The reception desk is 4 blocks away.

Do recommend for a fleeting moment
Clean studio, comfortable bed, with a well-equipped kitchenette including a fridge and cookware for those needing a quick meal. Easy access to the nearby West Hampstead station for fast transport to central attractions.
Couldn't have been happier.

The location was good, the room and the decoration was nice. The hotel staff was friendly .Is not a proper hotel is more like renting a room with room service.

Room featured a cozy double bed with soft linens. The kitchenette was stocked with essential cooking tools. A few minutes walk from multiple transport stations allowed easy access to central London attractions. Reception hours were limited, which posed a challenge when I arrived late. WiFi connection struggled with slow speeds. The bathroom showed signs of wear with broken tiles, detracting from the overall appeal. Improvements in cleanliness and better communication from staff would enhance the experience significantly.

The room that I was in (#12) was spacious and I loved the kitchenette in the room. There were a lot of little restaurants and really nice stores. The staff was really nice and friendly.
The shower was really tiny and the water pressure wasn't too great. It wasn't too clean but it wasn't horrible either. The location wasn't too bad but it was a little bit far (really not bad though). I did get lost, the hotel was farther down the street than I thought and it was labeled as a letting office and not a hotel.

There was the feeling of insecurity as the main door to the building was always unlocked. The room and kitchenette was much smaller than I thought it was going to be.It was easy for people to smoke and although the smoke alarm went off several times during the night and early morning there was no one there to check up on anything.

very nice apartment. Clean and good size double bed. Central position for west Hampstead.
Windows were drafty and plug whole too big. I lost an eye liner.

The room was efficient and well equipped, the shower in particular was of great quality. The room was always well cleaned, ideal for making own breakfast and quick meal and keeping things in the fridge. The television was great and I much appreciated the extra touch of an international adapter. It was easy to find, well situated amidst all the restaurants and the check-in and out were effortless. I particularly appreciated having access to the internet in the room.
I found it very warm in the room and you could hear everyone go up and down the stairs.
